Job description
We're seeking a highly organised, delivery-focused Global Content Supply Chain Manager to play a pivotal role in executing a global content transformation programme that is redefining how marketing content is created, managed, and distributed across a complex, multi-market organisation.
Acting as the operational backbone of the content programme, you will drive momentum across a range of strategic workstreams, including content planning, production, distribution, tooling, and performance measurement.
Reporting to the Head of Content Delivery, you will lead the day-to-day orchestration of global content operations, ensuring robust process coordination, cross-functional alignment, and seamless integration of platforms and agency partners.
This role demands a mix of programme management rigour, stakeholder coordination, and content operations expertise, ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, matrixed environments and is motivated by turning complexity into structured, scalable delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations across the global content supply chain, ensuring coordinated execution across all active work streams
Monitor progress against key milestones and proactively identify delivery risks to inform leadership decisions
Maintain programme documentation, trackers, and reporting frameworks to support transparency and accountability
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and agency partners to drive timely asset delivery and effective platform adoption
Identify inefficiencies and champion continuous improvements in content work flows and governance structures
Ensure consistent implementation of defined ways of working and alignment with overarching governance frameworks
Partner with platform owners (e.g. AEM, Workfront) and delivery leads to uphold quality and consistency across outputs
Support performance reviews post-implementation, helping to track asset ROI and inform future process enhancements

Why should you trust a specialist recruitment agency to find you your next role?
Using a specialist recruitment agency like Barclay Meade to find your next role is a smart move for a number of reasons. One of the main advantages is that it's a good way to cast your job searching net out wide. Does Barclay Meade take a cut of my pay if I use them to find my next job?
Absolutely not! We charge the end client for our services, not the candidate. So you can rest assured that there is no difference to your pay when being placed into a new role by Barclay Meade.
If I use a recruiter at Barclay Meade to find my next role, am I going to be bombarded with irrelevant job opportunities?
