Our client, a renowned entity in the marketing sector, is seeking a Studio Manager (Creative PM) for a 3-month contract. This UK-based role, with occasional travel to Guernsey, offers a unique opportunity to coordinate design and production briefs within a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing design and production briefs across the team
• Overseeing the flow of artwork for print, digital, and web
• Organising project scheduling and managing client and creative relationships
• Handling workflow in a fast-paced, reactive environment
• Reviewing materials and contributing to potential brand changes
• Providing project management in a creative setting
• Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and team members

Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in studio/project planning or workflow management
• Effective organisational and administrative skills
• Ability to manage high-volume workflows and juggle several projects
• Familiarity with print, digital, and web channels
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence effectively
• Commercially aware with excellent problem-solving skills
• Experience in creative environments
• Familiarity with project management tools (Workfront preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Teams and other MS applications

Other Requirements:

• Ability to travel to Guernsey as needed (expenses covered)
• Adaptable to a fast-paced environment
