Key Responsibilities
As an Engineering Assessor / Learning & Development Coach, you will:
Support a cohort of apprentices working towards industry-recognised standards.
Clearly explain apprenticeship structures and requirements to both learners and employers.

Maintain high standards of quality, compliance, and professionalism in line with government and regulatory frameworks.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
Hands-on experience within an engineering environment.
A recognised assessing and/or teaching qualification.
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with learners aged 16 and above.
Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage your workload independently.

Why should you trust a specialist recruitment agency to find you your next role?
Using a specialist recruitment agency like Barclay Meade to find your next role is a smart move for a number of reasons. One of the main advantages is that it's a good way to cast your job searching net out wide. Does Barclay Meade take a cut of my pay if I use them to find my next job?
Absolutely not! We charge the end client for our services, not the candidate. So you can rest assured that there is no difference to your pay when being placed into a new role by Barclay Meade.
If I use a recruiter at Barclay Meade to find my next role, am I going to be bombarded with irrelevant job opportunities?
No not at all, when you register with us or apply for a role on our website, we will add you to our database. But this does not mean you will be bombarded with irrelevant jobs.
