Introduction

Our client, a reputable company in the Training industry, is currently seeking a B1 Instructor to join their team. As a b1 Instructor you will play a vital role in providing Part 147 training within the organization. This is a permanent position with excellent opportunities for growth and development.

Essential Job Function

• Carry out theory and practical Basic and Type 147 Training.
• Some of the types expected to be thought: B737,757,767,777,A320
• Basic Theory and Workshop modules related to B1 subject , such as Mod 11, Mod 15, Mechanical hand-skills workshop but not limited to these modules.
• Will carry out practical assessments for Aircraft Type and Basic Practical training.
• Deliver non-147 training when requested.

Job Requirements

• Significant experience in mechanical engineering
• Have extensive knowelgee on part 147
• Hold a B1 License

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality training in compliance with Part 147 regulations
• Assist in the development and implementation of training programs
• Mentor and support trainees during their training journey
• Ensure training materials and equipment are up to date and in good working condition
• Conduct assessments and provide feedback to trainees
• Collaborate with other trainers and subject matter experts
• Maintain accurate training records and documentation
• Stay updated with industry trends and developments in training methodologies
