Job description

Our client, a leading training provider in the Health and Social Care industry, is seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to join their team as a Health and Social Care Trainer. In this permanent role, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives by delivering high-quality training to individuals pursuing a career in this field. You will be looking after the region of Peterbourgh to Lincoln. This role does include working from home and mileage is covered.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver and assess Health and Social Care training courses to learners, ensuring that all learning objectives are met
  • Provide guidance and support to learners throughout their training, helping them to develop the necessary knowledge and skills
  • Plan and prepare engaging training sessions, adapting the content to meet the specific needs of each learner
  • Monitor and evaluate learner progress, providing constructive feedback to help them achieve their goals
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and best practices, ensuring that training materials are current and relevant
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and improve training programmes, sharing insights and ideas to enhance the learning experience

Job Requirements:

  • Hold a Level 4 qualification in Health and Social Care, with a preference for candidates with a Level 5 qualification
  • A minimum of 3 years as a Deputy Manager or above
  • Passionate about the development of others and committed to delivering high-quality training
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate learners
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities, with the capacity to effectively manage multiple priorities
