Key Account Manager - Aerospace:
Our client, a leading company in the Aerospace industry, is seeking a Key Account Manager to join their team. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing the interface with the company's strategic customers, developing new activities and prospects, and overseeing the execution of contracts. With significant experience in sales, leadership, and business development, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and growing key accounts within the Aerospace sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for the company's key account customers
- Represent the company at customer meetings and represent customer needs internally
- Develop a detailed understanding of customer organisations, needs, and requirements
- Create and implement a sales and marketing plan for key accounts
- Expand the company's business portfolio with strategic customers
- Influence industrial and technical decisions within the company to meet customer expectations
- Participate in customer reviews and meetings
- Identify and respond to new call for tenders aligned with company strategy
- Negotiate contracts and ensure contract execution is in line with customer expectations
Job Requirements:
- Experience in sales, business development, and account management
- Knowledge of the aerospace industry and manufacturing techniques
- Familiarity with commercial law and financial analysis
- Ability to read and interpret manufacturing standards, drawings, and models
- Proven track record in prospecting and responding to calls for tenders
- Experience working with ASR type documentation and analyzing commercial and financial results
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Salary and Benefits:
- Salary - £68-£75,000
- 5% Pension Match
- 33 days annual leave inclusive of Bank Holidays
