A fantastic opportunity for a Senior Buyer to join a Manufacturing based in Canterbury with a salary up to £50,000. This procurement position has been created due to business growth & recent acquisitions.

Candidates will have previous experience within purchasing or procurement specifically within a manufacturing.
Whether at buyer, or senior buyer level and be keen to progress in their career.
Role responsibilities of the Senior Buyer include:
*The procurement of materials & components as required by use of the ERP system
*Negotiation and development of contracts within the purchasing team
*Supplier performance management
*Develop & strengthen relationships with suppliers and internal departments
*Actively participate with Sales and Project and be accountable for purchasing deliveries Person Specification of the Senior Buyer
*Previous experience in a purchasing or procurement or Buyer role within a manufacturing industry
*Knowledge of ERP systems
*Confident in dealing with all levels of people in a professional manner
*Driven and motivated individual with a desire to progress
Salary Up to £50k
