Senior International Marketing Manager
Location: North West London
Salary: £60,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 6:00pm (1-hour lunch break)
We are recruiting on behalf of a highly respected and fast-growing consumer healthcare company, home to some of the UK's most recognised supplement brands. Known for continuous innovation and international reach, the company exports to over 100 countries and is widely regarded as a market leader.
As Senior International Marketing Manager, you will lead the development and execution of global brand strategies-partnering with distributors and internal teams to build brand presence and drive performance across international markets.
The Role
This is a strategic and hands-on role where you'll manage region-specific campaigns, develop market tools, and strengthen commercial relationships to support long-term growth.
Key responsibilities include:
Develop and execute international brand plans across B2B and B2B2C channels
Collaborate with Sales and NPD teams to align marketing with wider business objectives
Create and deploy marketing and training toolkits tailored to local markets
Build and manage relationships with agencies, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and strategic partners
Conduct competitor analysis and market research to inform marketing strategy
Manage budgets, financial forecasting, and performance reporting
Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing marketing team across head office and key global markets
About You
Essential:
Degree-qualified with extensive international marketing experience
Proven success in leading multi-region marketing campaigns and projects
Strong understanding of cultural nuances across international markets
Desirable:
MBA or a relevant business/marketing postgraduate qualification
Experience with budget ownership, forecasting, and negotiation
Key skills:
Strategic planning | Commercial acumen | Cross-cultural communication
