Job description
Our client is seeking an Project Co-ordinator - Implementation to join their dynamic Training team in Durrington. This permanent role reports directly to the Head of Wastewater Transformation and plays a critical part in supporting the delivery of systems, process, and organisational business changes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with project/programme teams to define and manage the project delivery plan, ensuring accurate documentation and maintenance.
- Coordinate and deliver workstream/project/programme activities.
- Source information and support the production of training materials, processes, and internal/external communications.
- Provide insights and support all change management actions, including stakeholder training.
- Support stakeholder engagements by providing project/workstream reports.
- Identify and manage any project and programme risks proactively.
- Engage with key stakeholders and third parties to ensure timely production of quality-assured materials.
- Act as the single point of contact for the project/programme manager for allocated workstreams.
Job Requirements:
- Experience of producing high-quality reports.
- Experienced in the design and delivery of processes and training.
- Proven track record in project delivery as a project team member.
- Experience in decision management, actions tracking, and minute-taking.
- Expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint and proficient in Excel, including the creation of complex graphs and analyses.
