Job Description:

The Continuous Improvement Leader's role is to invigorate and enhance the organisation by employing Lean Sigma methodologies, which will support the business to be able to save Cost, Quality, Delivery Performance, Cash, and Customer Satisfaction. You will be collaborating with different teams across various levels to continue improvement initiatives across the organisation.

Requirement:

• Experience in using Six-Sigma methodology - Black Belt.
• Experience working in an aerospace or manufacturing industry.
• Project management experience (Not Essential).
• Proficient skills in using Microsoft Office, PowerBI and Minitab.
• Strong leadership skill.
• Data driven.
