Overview


Our client, a leading company in the Defence industry, is currently seeking a Recruitment Administrator to join their team. This is a contract position based in Samlesbury, with a duration of 6 months. Please note that this position falls inside IR35. 37 hours over 4½ days, Hybrid Role - 4 days on site initially, reduced to 3 after training. This also depends on the needs of the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing candidates, screening CVs, and coordinating interviews
  • Support the Recruitment Business Partner in managing candidate applications and tracking progress
  • Provide administrative support, such as maintaining candidate databases, preparing recruitment reports, and managing documentation
  • Coordinate with hiring managers and stakeholders to ensure a smooth recruitment process
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and best practices
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures, as well as relevant industry regulations

Job Requirements

  • Experience in recruitment administration or a similar role
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Proficient in using recruitment software and databases
  • Understanding of the Defence industry and its recruitment practices
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
