Job summary
Our client, a leading aerospace organization, is seeking 2 x Buyers to join their Procurement Supply Chain team for an initial 6 month duration. This is a contract position within central east Scotland, with onsite presence once fortnightly.

Job Requirements
- Significant experience in Senior Buyer and Buyer roles
- Strong understanding of procurement and supply chain processes
- Knowledge of the aerospace industry
- Experience in elec and mech
Key Responsibilities
- Manage procurement activities for assigned projects
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers
- Negotiate contracts and pricing terms
- Ensure timely delivery of materials and services
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand project requirements
- Monitor supplier performance and address any issues
- Conduct market research to stay up to date with industry trends
- Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation
