Job description

This role will provide exceptional customer service to Customer Logistic customers (both internal and external) and will also involve the management of the ordering process from distribution sites and their warehouses to our customers based in Europe.

Salary - Up to £32k plus benefits (hybrid working)

The roles and responsibilities of the this position will be to

Creating Sales Orders
Processing Delivery Notes
Completing Order Reviews
Raising Proformas for direct shipments
Invoicing where required and providing invoice copies & sales realisation for direct shipments
Updating the Open Order Book and DN tracker with relevant information
Managing customer backlogs
Transport Co-ordination
Transport booking in customer portals

The ideal candidate for this role will have -

Professional and Confident utilisation of MS Office applications; specifically Excel
Comprehensive working knowledge /experience of SAP
Effective Time Management skills and
Ability to prioritise
Understanding and exposure to supply chain/Customer Service processes
