Job description

My client have a fantastic permanent opportunity to join their global supply chain. The role will be responsible for planning global demand forecasting requirements according to a sales forecast and customer orders.

The roles and responsibilities of the role will be to -

Plan global demand forecasting requirements according to a sales forecast and customer orders

Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills required.

Practice and promote a very collaborative and team-based service approach while demonstrating, excellent negotiation skills and business acumen

Able to effectively present information and sell ideas to stakeholders globally

Effectively able to communicate and influence stakeholders and partners at various levels and across functions within the organization.

Strong working knowledge of ERP Systems and logic, specifically demand forecasting and simulation modules

Demonstrated track record of ability to deliver results through others and influence without authority

The ideal candidate for the role will have -

Experience in demand and production control planning

SIOP Certification Preferred

Ability to utilise an MRP system

Proficient in Microsoft Office; including Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook and Power BI

Ability to communicate effectively with Supervisors and Managers
