Job description
Our client is seeking a highly skilled Cicso SME to join their team on a contract basis within the training transformation team. This role focuses on translating and disseminating technical information and working closely with stakeholders, without requiring the design or delivery of the training itself.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with engineers and product teams to understand and communicate technical requirements
- Translating complex technical details into clear, understandable information for various stakeholders
- Supporting the development of training materials by providing subject-matter expertise
- Working closely with the communications and network teams to ensure accurate information dissemination
- Supporting the VoIP systems used by pilots and air traffic controllers
Job Requirements:
- Strong understanding of Cisco, network technologies and ideally VoIP
- Proficiency in collaborating with engineering teams
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey technical information clearly
- Understanding of stakeholder management
- Security clearance (S/C) is needed
