Job description
The HR Business Partner will report to the HR Director and will be responsible for the function's people agenda.
HR Business Partner Responsibilities:
- Act as a true HR generalist and support the site with all HR activities
- Manage all ER activities for the site, including disciplinary, absence, grievances etc
- Support the organisation with their hiring activities
- Responsible for organisational development, working with managers to support with their people strategy
HR Business Partner Skills:
- CIPD Level 5 or equivalent
- HR generalist background
- Experienced gained from manufacturing or engineering environments
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Solid ER experience
- Experienced in business partnering
