The Job
The Head of Talent Development will work closely with the HR Director to own develop and execute the talent development agenda across the organisation as well as heading up a team of Learning & Development Specialists.
The Head of Talent Development Responsibilities:
- Take overall responsibility for developing and executing the talent development plan.
- Develop succession planning tools from a process improvement perspective.
- Work closely with senior stakeholders in the organisation to drive succession plans
- Drive performance across the organisation
- Manage learning strategy
- Oversee apprenticeshiip programme and graduate training schemes
The Head of Talent Development Skills:
- CIPD Level 7
- HR Generalist background with a focus and passion for talent development
- Talent Development experience gained from complex set up organisations
- Change management experience is key
- Previous experience gained within a services based environment, engineering, manufacturing, utilities, production.
