The Job

Our client are seeking a Sales Administrator to join their plant in Brighton on a long term contract. The candidate will perform a range of administrative and sales support activities within the Contracts and Commercial Department.

Sales coordinator Description:
To perform a wide range of administrative, release and despatch and sales support activities within the Contracts and Commercial Department.


Sales coordinator responsibilities:

  • Maintain department electronic Manufacturing Total Management System (MTMS) ERP system records
  • Handle requests for information and data for internal clients and external customers
  • Support the preparation and issue of quotations to various customers
  • Contribute to resolving problems and enquiries and other day to day challenges
  • Liaise with customers regarding queries such as delivery and change requests
  • Interface with other departments to collate information to meet Key Performance Indicators
  • Improve business process and procedures relating to the Sales, Release and Despatch


Sales Coordinator previous experience:

  • Computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft packages and in particular MS Excel
  • ERP system experience (IFS/ SAP etc.)
  • Ideally worked within the manufacturing industry and has knowledge of a production environment relating to sales, despatch, release.
