Our client is a fast-growing tech company providing cloud-based contact center solutions and telecommunication services. Having a constantly growing client base, we're proud to serve hundreds of companies from a wide range of industries.

They are looking for our new Marketing Manager who helps the company to change its marketing functions to a B2B enterprise way. The Marketing Manager has to create an alignment with the Sales Team and coordinate his/her team. They are open to remote working, preferably in the CET +/- 1 time zones.


  • Align closely with the Sales team (BDMs) and oversee planning and execution of our global SDR/BDM teams
  • Create email & LinkedIn outreach strategy/content development and automation
  • Generate written & video content strategies to support the sales process.
  • Manage and improve search engine performance (SEO) incl. editorial website changes and crafting landing pages
  • A/B testing, analyzing trends, and reporting key metrics
  • Manage a team of four with training, leading, and coaching them


  • 5+ years working experience in marketing including B2B SaaS start-up environment(CCaaS, Contact Center are ideal, but not essential)
  • At least 1-year of experience as a Marketing team leader
  • Solid experience with HubSpot and in copywriting
  • Outbound and inbound campaign experience (not only dependent on PPC approach)
  • Excellent English skills (C2 level): editing, writing, and speaking
  • Preferably located in EU in the CET +/-1 time zones
