About the Role
As a Demand Planner, you will create and manage 24-month rolling forecasts for a portfolio of SKUs, brands, and markets. - S&OP Leadership: Lead the demand review process, presenting forecasts and scenarios for approval.
- Customer Supply Support: Manage demand allocation during limited supply, ensuring customer priorities are met.
- Lifecycle Management: Collaborate on new product launches, product discontinuations, and inventory optimization.
- Performance & Process Improvement: Analyze deviations, deliver actionable insights, and drive continuous process improvements.

- Proficiency with forecasting tools and ERP systems (SAP preferred).
- Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
- Adaptable and calm under pressure.
- Education: A degree in a relevant field is desirable but not essential.
Why Join Us?

Does Barclay Meade take a cut of my pay if I use them to find my next job?
Absolutely not! We charge the end client for our services, not the candidate. So you can rest assured that there is no difference to your pay when being placed into a new role by Barclay Meade.
