The Job

HR Payroll Coordinator Duties:

  • Working closely and reporting to Head of HR
  • Supporting the setup of employee benefits and payroll
  • Issuing letters of contracts
  • Delivering an outstanding day one experience of employees
  • Along alongside payroll team and outsourced payroll function
  • HR Adhoc administrative duties

HR Payroll Coordinator Skills:

  • At least Level 3 CIPD
  • Previous HR Payroll Coordinator experience
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment
  • Hard working
  • Strong administrator
  • Strong communication skills
  • Knowledge of HR lifecycle
