Sales Administrator- Germany
A sme engineering company is looking for a person to help with the administration at the office in Schenefeld. The company supplies engineering components to the marine, offshore and power generation industries.
This is a full-time role, requiring a very high standard of English.
You'll be processing orders; ensuring order fulfilment; liaising with colleagues both on site and in the UK and other countries; and dealing with customer (who is often under a lot of time pressure), face to face, in writing, and on the telephone.
You'll be undertaking some general administration duties: for example, organising travel, office supplies, producing documents.
You will be supporting and reporting to the Finance Director and to the HR and Marketing Director, both of whom are based in the UK but who visit regularly.
You will also be supporting the Systems and IT manager.
Aside from your language skills you will be a very organised person, with a high attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure. Ideally you will have experience of order processing, and possibly also some bookkeeping experience. You'll be helpful, positive, reliable and computerate.
This is a small team of four - a sales manager, company administrator, and two storemen.
