The Job

Barclay Meade Finance and Accountancy are a leading professional staffing organisation. We are partnering with a business that is based on the outskirts of London, who are looking for a fully qualified accountant for a hybrid M&A and Commercial Finance opportunity.

Over the last 2 year period, the organisation have successfully acquired 8 businesses, with another deal currently in the pipeline.

This opportunity has responsibility for presenting deals to board level, transacting the acquisition, including all the analysis and due diligence.

It also encompasses project management of post-acquisition integration activities and strategic Business Improvement projects - working closely with a commercially focused Divisional Finance Director and therefore providing a useful link between an M&A role and a role within the commercial finance operation.

The role would suit a qualified accountant, with a proven track record in a Corporate Finance / M&A environment, who wants to broaden their skillset in an industry based role. There are fantastic opportunities to develop and progress your career, in a vibrant and forward thinking organisation.
