Regional Key Account Manager - Construction Workforce Solutions
Location: North of England (Sheffield to Scottish Borders)
Salary: £45,000-£55,000 + Bonus + Car Allowance
Contract: Permanent
Are you a relationship-driven professional with experience in construction, recruitment, or workforce supply? We're hiring a Regional Key Account Manager to join a leading national workforce solutions provider supporting major infrastructure and construction projects across the UK.
This is a client-facing, regionally focused role, with 80% of your time dedicated to managing existing key accounts, and 20% focused on uncovering and developing new opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Account Management (80%)
- Be the go-to contact for key clients in your region
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with site, commercial, and project teams
- Conduct regular site visits and performance reviews
- Ensure timely, compliant labour supply in collaboration with ops & recruitment teams
- Track SLAs/KPIs and support workforce planning
Business Development (20%)
- Identify new opportunities within infrastructure and civils
- Attend client meetings, trade shows, and industry events
- Follow up on leads from frameworks, referrals, and tenders
- Support bids, PQQs, and onboarding for new projects
What You'll Bring

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
