Bid Manager | Tier 1 Contractor | West Midlands | £70k-£85k + Package
We're hiring a Bid Manager to lead winning submissions for major UK infrastructure projects!
Join a top Tier 1 contractor delivering critical motorway and local authority schemes. You'll manage end-to-end bids, drive strategy, and work with an expert team in a hybrid role based in the West Midlands.
What you'll need:

• Degree or equivalent experience
• Formal bid management training (Shipley or similar)
• Strong track record managing infrastructure/construction bids
• Great stakeholder and governance skills
