Key Responsibilities:
- Providing coaching and development support to early careers trainees
- Monitoring trainee progress and delivering targeted development plans
- Facilitating training sessions and workshops to enhance skill sets
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure alignment with programme goals
- Offering guidance on career development and future opportunities within the defence and security sector
- Maintaining clear and concise records of trainee development progress
- Ensuring compliance with relevant security protocols and standards
