Job description
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting procurement activities within the Defence and Security sector
- Analysing supply chain data to ensure effective procurement processes
- Managing supplier relationships and performance
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to meet project requirements
- Ensuring compliance with ITAR and other regulatory requirements
- Providing detailed procurement reports and insights
- Identifying opportunities for cost reduction and process improvements
- Assisting in the preparation of contracts and negotiation terms
Job Requirements:
- Experience in procurement analysis or supply chain analysis within the defence sector
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes
- Ability to analyse data and generate actionable insights
- Experience with stakeholder management
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance
- Effective communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid working environment
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Security Level:
BPSS + SC + Subject to ITAR and UK eyes only
This role will require the person to hold full Security Clearance (SC) prior to working onsite. You will need to obtain a BPSS check as part of this process. You must currently hold or be eligible and willing to obtain SC. In addition, this role involves direct and/or indirect access to ITAR Material which means there are restriction.
