Job description

This permanent role offers an exciting opportunity to bring commercial and analytical expertise, working closely with the finance director and other departments to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Working with the Sales team to respond to customer enquiries and Requests for Proposals
• Ownership of the internal pricing process and margin analysis
• Analysing internal cost drivers to optimise pricing tools and identify opportunities for efficiency and improvement across the business
• Assist and support in business forecasting, including sales forecasts and capacity planning
• Contribute to the overall development of the business as a member of the management team
• Communicate effectively and professionally with customers, suppliers, and colleagues

Skills & Experience:

• Highly numerate, with a strong commercial background in finance
• An Accountancy or Finance qualification would be advantageous
• Resilient nature with strong negotiation and influencing skills
• Dynamic team player with a 'can-do' attitude and flexibility
• Ability to work in a technical or production environment and a willingness to learn about the specifics of aircraft interiors
