Job description
Global business requires a Supply Chain Administrator. Applicants need administrative experience and strong MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP and formulas) skills ideally gained within a supply chain, warehouse, production, manufacturing or logistics orientated role.
The Supply Chain Administrator will join a large and supportive team, using their data analysis and MS Excel skills to drive efficiencies and operational performance of the supply chain planning function. An exciting, end-to-end planning and administration role the Supply Chain Administrator will collaborate with a range of stakeholders across; planning, procurement and sales
Specific duties of the Supply Chain Administrator include:
- Review of Purchase Orders and Customer Forecasts
- Monitor stock and inventory levels
- Update spreadsheets, trackers and MRP/ERP with production and supply chain data
- Report generation in MS Excel - - Pivot tables, Pivot Charts, Vlookup, Formulas (sumif, whatif, countif)
- Monitoring of Supply Chain and Planning inbox
Supply Chain Administrator applicants should meet the following criteria:
- Strong MS Excel skills - be a "go to" person for MS Excel across Pivot tables, Pivot Charts, Vlookup, Formulas (sumif, whatif, countif)
- Previous experience in a production, supply chain, warehouse, logistics or manufacturing environment would be advantageous
- Data Analysis skills
- Communication and relationship building skills
- Happy being site based 5 days per week
