Job description
Our client, a leading entity in the Transmission and Distribution (T&D) sector, is currently seeking a Training Manager - OHL (Overhead Line) to join their team. This permanent position offers an exciting opportunity to lead and manage training programmes within the OHLE (Overhead Line Equipment) arena, ensuring that the highest standards of expertise and safety are consistently upheld.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive training programmes for OHLE
- Assessing and identifying training needs within the organisation
- Delivering training sessions and workshops effectively
- Ensuring all training meets industry standards and regulatory requirements
- Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of training programmes
- Providing ongoing support and development for trainees
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure cohesive training delivery
Job Requirements:
- Experience in Overhead Line (OHL) engineering and operations
- In-depth understanding of OHLE principles and practices
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and quality
- Relevant T&D industry qualifications or certifications
