Job description
Our client, a leader in the automotive sector, is currently seeking a Sales Manager to join their team in Germany. This is an outstanding opportunity for individuals with a strong background in business development and sales within the automotive industry, particularly with experience in Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with OEM clients in the German market
- Identifying new business opportunities and expanding the client base
- Collaborating with the HQ team in Stuttgart to align sales strategies with overall business objectives
- Conducting market research to stay updated with industry trends and competitors
- Preparing and presenting sales reports to senior management
- Participating in industry events and networking to promote brand awareness
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through effective account management
Job Requirements:
- Experience in business development and sales, especially within the automotive sector
- Proven ability to manage and nurture relationships with OEM clients
- Strong understanding of the automotive industry, particularly in the German market
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Fluency in both German and English is required
- Relevant degree or equivalent qualification in business or a related field
