Job description

A leading provider of workforce development solutions is seeking skilled Mechanical Maintenance and Multi Skilled Maintenance Technical Trainers. These full-time roles are based in Coventry and offer the opportunity to deliver training and assessment in core maintenance skills or mechanical and electrical maintenance to learners of all ages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver and assess mechanical maintenance training
  • Develop and present training materials
  • Monitor and report on learner performance
  • Train and assess learners undertaking apprenticeships
  • Ensure compliance with online systems

Requirements:

  • Strong background in mechanical maintenance and/or electrical maintenance.
  • Driving licence
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and proactively
  • Good IT Skills
  • Some experience or a keen interest in training and developing others

Salary & Benefits:

  • Starting salary: £38,000 per annum
  • 25 days annual holiday + 8 statutory days
  • Pension scheme match up to 8%
