Job description
Market-leading brand require a Procurement Business Partner - Corporate Services. Applicants need indirect procurement experience, ideally within corporate or professional services category spend areas.
The Procurement Business Partner is an exciting new, end-to-end procurement role encompassing elements of front-end sourcing, category management and post-signature supplier relationship management and contract management. Stakeholder partnering is of course key, and the Procurement Business Partner will join a high-performing team of procurement and sourcing professionals. The category and supplier spend areas in scope are a mix of corporate and professional services, to also include corporate insurance.
Specific duties of the Procurement Business Partner include:
- Supplier market intelligence within the assigned spend areas of; professional services, corporate services, insurance
- Stakeholder partnering - understand scope, generate category strategies and collaboration in regards to sourcing and supplier management activities
- Running cradle-to-grave procurement and tendering activities
- Negotiation of T&Cs with new and existing suppliers
- Post-signature supplier and contract management - mitigating risk, driving collaboration, improved performance and efficiencies
Procurement Business Partner - Corporate Services applicants should meet the following criteria:
- Indirect procurement experience
- Procurement experience in the areas of; Corporate Services, Professional Services and Insurance is advantageous
- Excellent stakeholder-management and engagement skills
- Ability to work across the entire procurement lifecycle - front end sourcing, category management, supplier and contract management
- Positive, pro-active, team player.
