I am recruiting for an experienced Commercial Manager for a 12-month maternity cover role based in Warwickshire. This hybrid position involves managing complex customer and subcontractor contracts, primarily within the UK defence sector.

You'll provide pre- and post-contract support, ensuring compliance with governance standards and overseeing the full project lifecycle, from bid through to contract closure.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in defence, proven negotiation skills, and experience managing strategic relationships. You'll lead a small team and ensure adherence to commercial and legal regulations. UK security clearance will need to be obtained for this role.

The role proves a salary of £50,000 - £60,000.
