Job description
Well-known brand require a Supplier & Contract Management, Manager. Applicants need previous supplier relationship management and contract management experience, the ability to analyse data and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
An exciting new role for the business, the Supplier & Contract Manager will work between relevant stakeholders and the wider procurement function, to drive improved supplier performance and mitigate contractual risk. Applying best practice contract lifecycle management, the Supplier & Contract Management, Manager can draw on already established supplier governance and performance mechanisms.
Specific duties of the Supplier & Contract Management, Manager include:
- Management of assigned supplier relationships - foster strong and collaborative arrangements with critical suppliers
- Analysis of data pertaining to supplier and contract performance - draw insights, reports and storytelling activities
- Regular supplier review meetings and facilitation of 360 feedback to relevant stakeholders
- Advise procurement colleagues on supplier/contract performance to inform front-end sourcing/tendering strategies
- Look to improve and optimise the business' supplier relationship management and contract management tools
Supplier & Contract Management, Manager applicants should meet the following criteria:
- Previous experience within a post-signature procurement, supplier relationship or contract management role
- Data analysis, reporting and analytical skills
- Strong stakeholder management and engagement skills
- Out-going, positive and collaborative personality
- An appreciation of governance, risk and compliance in regards to managing contractual agreements
