Job description

Role - Materials Planner & ERP Coordinator

Location - Leamington Spa, Warwickshire

Type - Permanent

Salary - £30,000-£35,000

Key responsibilities of the Materials Planner & ERP Coordinator role will include not be limited to:

• BOM management for both on-going programmes and NPI (new programme introduction)
• Carry out the ECR /ECN process (Engineering Change Request/ Engineering Change Notification) in a disciplined way
• Create and administrate new part numbers
• Raise and administrate (move, amend, close as required) production orders
• Administrate MRP (Materials Requirement Planning) system master data
• Mass system uploads for a variety of changes
• System support for the Supply Chain & Planning Department
• Administrate PI (Perpetual Inventory) system to ensure compliance with policy
• Create ad hoc reports from the MRP system as required Additional/special features of the role

Key skills and experience required for Materials Planner & ERP Coordinator and not limited to:

• Background in Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Planning, Configuration Control, or Materials Control.
• Familiarity with ERP/enterprise management systems
• Experience with ODBC query creation for report generation and data analysis.
• Understanding of MRP systems and their practical applications.
