Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading and managing the HR department, ensuring the delivery of effective and compliant HR services

Job Requirements:

  • Significant experience in HR management or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment law
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to manage and lead a team effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
  • HR-related degree or equivalent qualification is preferred
