Barclay Meade are proud to be partnered with a leading life science technology manufacturer who are looking for a temporary Supply Chain analyst to join their team on a 3 month fixed term basis.

Job description
Key Responsibilities:
▪Drive continuous improvement in the planning processes.
▪Plan and progress work orders and kits to ensure OTIF targets are met.
▪Work with supply chain and production teams to develop and execute production plans, both tactical and strategic.
▪Liaise with required teams on fast-track orders, priories or potential risks to OTIF.
▪Advise and raise replacement sub-assembly works orders, as required, for internal rework or customer returns.
▪Update and maintain weekly documents, ensuring relevant teams provide the latest information.
▪Assist in the automatisation and streamlining of the production planning process.
▪Conduct regular trend analysis to identify correlations and patterns.
▪Report progress and variances to the plan to key stakeholders.
▪Review and maintain MRP plan in line with the SIOP forecast plan.
▪Support other supply chain teams when required.
Critical Competencies:
▪Strong data analysis skills, ability to produce, interpret and draw conclusions from data.
▪Proven experience in supply chain and planning analysis within FMCG or Manufacturing.
▪Strong understanding of supply chain processes and knowledge of logistics operations.
▪Experience using MRP systems
▪Strong IT skills especially MS Office, Excel with different data analytics/ dashboarding/ visualisation and reporting tools (such as Tableau, Power BI)
▪Excellent problem-solving skills.
▪Strong communication and negotiation skills.
▪Experience and passion to work on innovative ideas and create/ build new processes.
▪Flexible with a strong team focus.
