Job description

This role is an excellent opportunity for a result-driven individual to join a rapidly growing global market in counter-drone security.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing sales channels including direct to end-customer, distributor, and integrator sales
• Developing and executing sales strategies within the primary geographic focus of the Middle East, with occasional involvement in other locations as needed
• Responding to incoming leads and performing a mixture of high-level sophisticated work and "grunt" work
• Building and maintaining relationships with channel partners and customers
• Collaborating with Sales Engineers and senior management to support and enhance sales activities
• Learning and working with complex sensor and electronics systems

Job Requirements:

• Experience in sales and business development within the Defence sector
• Understanding of the Defence and Security market, particularly counter-drone security
• Strong strategic planning and execution abilities
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Willingness to travel 50% of the time across the Middle East
