Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate between Supply Chain, Shipping, and Export departments to ensure accurate orders and timely deliveries
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries about shipping and export delays, offering proactive solutions
• Conduct daily checks on pending orders, resolving issues to maintain smooth operations
• Address discrepancies efficiently, keeping customers informed and satisfied
• Monitor key metrics, analyse data for improvement opportunities, and implement process enhancements to optimise efficiency and satisfaction

Job Requirements:

• Experience in Supply Chain or Shipping departments
• Understanding of international sales within the Supply Chain would be advantageous
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word/Excel)
• Knowledge of SAP systems would be advantageous
• Experience working in a similar sized company
• Flexibility and a willingness to learn new ways of working
