Our client, a leading company in the training sector, is currently seeking a Part 145 or Part 147 Engineer looking to become a Training Instructor to join their team. This is a permanent position based in Shannon, Ireland.
The company provides a range of aviation solutions including Part 145 Aircraft Maintenance, MAA Part 145 Aircraft Maintenance (AAG Defence Services), CAMO & Technical Services, Part 21 Design Services and EASA Part 147 Training which provides aviation training to airlines, MROs, and companies around the world.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Hold a recognised apprenticeship or trainee ship in the trade of aircraft maintenance
- The candidate must hold 5 years experience in the aviation industry
- Have relevant experience in the area of aircraft maintenance
- Experienced in the training /coaching of maintenance personnel would be an advantage.
- Hold a recognised train the trainer course or have an instructor qualification would be an advantage.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Deliver effective training programs to participants
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines
- Maintain training documentation and records
- Provide support and guidance to trainees
- Assess trainee performance and provide feedback
- Participate in the development of training materials and programs
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements
