Job description

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated individual to deliver Light Vehicle Level 2 and Level 3 apprenticeship training programmes to learners in Coventry on a full time and permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, engaging training sessions for apprentices.
• Collaborate with other trainers to deliver curriculum courses and manufacturer-specific modules.
• Facilitate training using accredited methodologies.
• Ensure training delivery meets the needs of the Apprenticeship Programme.
• Prepare and maintain the learning environment and resources.
• Track and coach learners using our learner management tracking platform.
• Assist in developing new training materials.
• Embed functional skills in key subject areas.
• Produce training reports for employers and development coaches.
• Identify and support learners needing additional assistance or challenge.
• Deliver induction sessions for new apprentices.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Qualified Technician at Level 3 (EHV certification desirable).
• Teaching qualification or experience is desirable but not essential as my client will train you up
• Full driving licence.
• Recent manufacturer workshop experience (desirable).
• Competent with MS software packages.

Salary & Benefits:

• £34,000 - £39,000 dependent on experience.
• Company car.
• 26 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
