Job description
Role Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated individual to deliver Light Vehicle Level 2 and Level 3 apprenticeship training programmes to learners in Coventry on a full time and permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, engaging training sessions for apprentices.
- Collaborate with other trainers to deliver curriculum courses and manufacturer-specific modules.
- Facilitate training using accredited methodologies.
- Ensure training delivery meets the needs of the Apprenticeship Programme.
- Prepare and maintain the learning environment and resources.
- Track and coach learners using our learner management tracking platform.
- Assist in developing new training materials.
- Embed functional skills in key subject areas.
- Produce training reports for employers and development coaches.
- Identify and support learners needing additional assistance or challenge.
- Deliver induction sessions for new apprentices.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Qualified Technician at Level 3 (EHV certification desirable).
- Teaching qualification or experience is desirable but not essential as my client will train you up
- Full driving licence.
- Recent manufacturer workshop experience (desirable).
- Competent with MS software packages.

Salary & Benefits:
- £34,000 - £39,000 dependent on experience.
- Company car.
- 26 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
