Job description
Key Responsibilities for the Sourcing/Purchasing Assistant will be -
- Assist in sourcing potential suppliers and maintaining relationships with existing suppliers.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Monitor and evaluate supplier performance to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Manage and update the supplier database and documentation.
- Assist in the development and implementation of sourcing strategies.
- Support the team in various administrative tasks related to sourcing and procurement.
Job Requirements:
- Experience in sourcing, procurement, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
