Job Title: Telesales Representative - Automotive Leasing and Rental
Location: Hatfield, Hertfordshire
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM no weekends
Salary: £23,000 to £25,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commission (No Threshold)

Job Description:
My client is looking for a Telesales Representative for the automotive leasing and rental division, you will be responsible for engaging with both warm and cold leads to facilitate car purchasing, rental, and leasing transactions.
Your primary focus will be on building relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the options available to meet their automotive requirements.

This role will be solely responsible for sales, with almost no admin required outside of updating sales records. There is a dedicated member of the admin team that will take care of everything else.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Engagement: Initiate outbound calls to warm and cold leads, introducing them to the range of automotive leasing and rental services.
  • Needs Analysis: Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand the client's requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the diverse range of vehicles, leasing options, and rental packages to effectively communicate benefits to potential clients.
  • Sales Process Management: Guide clients through the entire sales process, from initial contact to deal closure, ensuring a positive and seamless experience.
  • Targets and KPIs: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) to contribute to personal and team success.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven telesales experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a target-driven environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Basic understanding of car leasing and rental processes (training will be provided).

  • Competitive base salary (£23,000 to £25,000).
