Job description
As a Delivery Tutor, you will play a crucial role in supporting Apprentices through their learning and development journey. Your responsibilities will include identifying learners' needs, providing training and coaching in the workplace, delivering workshops, overseeing online learning modules, and helping apprentices acquire the essential skills, knowledge, and behaviours in the freight forwarding and logistics industry.
You will specifically focus on delivering the new International Freight Forwarding Apprenticeship and associated logistics qualifications to a cohort of learners in the East of England.
Location: Flexible/Remote. However, travel to site upon business/client request.
Hours: 37 hours a week. Monday to Thursday 8.30 am to 5 pm, Friday 8.30 am to 4.30 pm.
Skills and Experience needed:
- Solid experience in International Freight Forwarding, specializing in road, sea, and/or air freight.
- Strong current knowledge of Customs processes and procedures.
- GCSE or Equivalent in Maths and English, grade C and above.
- Good IT Skills
- Excellent communication skills
