Job description
Barclay Meade Finance & Accountancy are recruiting for a Credit Controller to join an organisation which offers excellent growth.
Your role will be engaging with customers and internal business units to ensure smooth functioning of all credit control areas.
- Work closely with accounts Payable staff to ensure offset transactions are properly booked & reconciled.
- Reconcile and manage selected customer accounts, resolve queries and arrange offsets as applicable.
- Negotiate letters of credit, checking all information thoroughly to ensure there are no errors and what is presented is evaluated and validated correctly in the interests of the company
Credit Controller Skills:
- Knowledge of double entry bookkeeping - an advantage.
- Understanding credit control, VAT and Tax and export would be a bonus.
