Job description

Accountant & Tax Manager to join our dynamic finance team. This role will focus on two business entities and report to the Finance Director.

Accountant & Tax Manager Responsibilities:
- Production of timely and accurate company and group financial / management reports and as well consolidation reporting
- Implement accounting systems and ensure compliancy
- Preparation of the statutory accounts and liaison with external auditors
- Internal control processes
- Administration of Corporation and Indirect taxation
- Manage a team member responsible for compliance & accounting
- Ensuring compliance with inter-company 'Financial Agreements'
- Management of Tax and Audit
- Answer tax related queries
- Import/Export/Duty review for HMRC portal admin

- Be the primary point of contact for all tax processes and activities relevant to entities in the UK
- Weekly Cash Forecast

Accountant & Tax Manager Skills:
- Fully qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA or equivalent) with PQE
- Excellent rapport builder
- Excellent working knowledge of accounting policies and procedures
- Attention to detail
- SAP ERP experience ideal
