Trainee Payroll Administrator Progressing to Advanced Payroll Administrator
Working within the Finance Team, Contractor Payroll Department Primarily responsible for inputting timesheets, managing online timesheets and expenses and handling payroll queries through the shared inbox or telephone.
Responsibilities:
- Validate the data being transferred between systems to ensure accuracy
- Inputting timesheet data accurately and to meet deadlines
- To check and confirm submitted expenses forms for approval
- Matching candidate invoices against advice notes
- Providing excellent customer service to both internal and external customers
- To answer incoming telephone calls promptly and professionally
- To work within a team to meet deadlines
- To work with UMB companies to arrange advance payments
- After progression in the role, to be able to process small payment runs
