Knowledge and Experience of managing procurements under the Utilities /Public Service Regulations
Knowledge and Experience of working with the NEC contract form and advising on commercial risks and mitigations
Experience in EME activities in a public sector environment
Experience of delivering rail technology and/ or communication systems programmes from the procurement commercial perspective
