Finance Assistant position
Responsibilities

  • Processing and checking of invoices
  • Processing remittances.
  • Sales Ledger,
  • Purchase Ledger
  • Raising monthly customer statements
  • Check supplier Payment runs
  • Reconciliation of supplier statements
  • Raising Sales invoices
  • Staff Expenses
  • Supporting Year end audit
  • Aged Debtor management and reporting
  • General ad hoc office tasks and filing

Ideal Candidate: Responsibilities

  • Works well on own initiative
